Notion is seeking a Startup Program Manager to drive growth and adoption within startups in the EMEA region. This role is a contract position, reporting to the Community and Startup Marketing Lead.Notion's mission is to empower individuals and teams to tailor their software for any challenge. They are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for talented individuals to join their team.What the role involves:
- Acquiring and onboarding new partners and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
- Building and executing compelling outreach campaigns.
- Piloting paid sponsorship activations.
- Providing logistical support for startup events.
- Providing regular reporting and recommendations to optimize growth efforts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a GTM (business/commercial) function.
- Demonstrated expertise in partnership & business development motions.
- Previous experience with paid marketing activations.
- Experience in and passion for the startup ecosystem.
- A builder mindset.
- Business fluency in German is a plus.
