impact.com is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple APAC countries.   • Processing payroll for multiple APAC countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia, and Japan.
  • Managing payroll inputs such as salaries, bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Coordinating with HR and Finance to maintain alignment between systems and financial reporting.
  • Supporting both salaried employees and contractor payments.
  • Providing payroll support to employees and resolving queries.
  • Validating invoices from payroll vendors and overseeing third-party payments.
  • Preparing payroll reports, audits, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
  • Staying updated on regional tax legislation and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience running multi-country payroll, especially in APAC markets.
  • A solid understanding of regional tax structures and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with payroll systems and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across time zones and functions.
  • A high level of integrity and attention to detail.
