Job Description

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Software Developer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced technologists, quantitative researchers, and traders to solve challenging technological problems and contribute to the full tech stack.

Role involves:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying proprietary software.
• Analysing and tuning system performance.
• Collaborating with experienced teammates to learn and implement bespoke solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related engineering discipline, graduating by summer 2025.
• Ability to operate in multiple language domains, including Java, C++, and Python.
• Skills in network programming (TCP/IP), multi-threaded applications, computational intelligence, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Solid foundation in programming with the ability to think, communicate, and code clearly.
• Strong communication skills to advocate ideas clearly and concisely.
