Project Coordinator

RAPP New York is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Program Management team. The agency champions individuality in marketing solutions and fosters an inclusive workplace.This role involves orchestrating client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with various departments, translate client requests into actionable deliverables, and manage project progress and risks.Responsibilities:

• Orchestrates the motion of every project liaising with all departments from start through completion.
• Understands scope of client request and implications.
• Able to translate requests into tight deliverables, assumptions, estimates/scopes of work and timelines.
• Aligns with resource management to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Monitors, reports, prioritizes and solves for project progress and risk.
• Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of client scopes and agency profitability.
• Leads quality assurance requirements for the project.
• Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
• Initiates all activities to support project close out and “retrospectives”.
• Contributes and when assigned leads efficient meetings and conference calls.
• Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
• Is a champion of the agency process and quality work – and is responsible for optimizing workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0-2 years full-time office experience or other relevant experience.
• Entry level agency experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in key software: MS Office tools.
