Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their Warsaw office. This role is designed to support Ebury's growth by identifying sales prospects, contacting decision-makers, and presenting financial solutions to help customers grow their businesses.

Role involves:

  • Conducting market research to identify relevant sales prospects and leads.
  • Contacting decision-makers via phone.
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate financial solutions.
  • Contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Enjoys building new relationships and building rapport easily.
  • Ambitious and highly motivated to progress career through hard work.
  • Fluent Polish & conversational level of English.
  • Interested in the financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible mindset and a sense of urgency aligned with fast-paced culture.
