Business Intelligence Manager

Job Description

Strider Technologies is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead its global data and analytics function. This role is critical for a professional with 5–7 years of experience and a strong understanding of BI tools.The BI Manager will report to the CFO and build a central BI team to support the company’s worldwide operations. The manager will collaborate across departments, design scalable data frameworks, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Business Intelligence function.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using DOMO and other BI platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify business questions and deliver insights.
• Work with Finance to build forecasting tools, performance dashboards, KPIs, and financial models.
• Translate raw data into business narratives and visualizations.
• Establish best practices for data governance and analytics processes.
• Own and evolve the BI roadmap.
• Serve as an internal evangelist for a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with DOMO, Salesforce, Chargebee, NetSuite, and other data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling, ETL, and transformation pipelines.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Experience supporting Finance teams is a plus.
