saas.group is seeking a talented Product Designer to join the Rewardful team. Rewardful, a brand within saas.group, specializes in affiliate management for SaaS companies. The Product Designer will own the design vision and execution for Rewardful's platform, collaborating with the product manager and development team to modernize the interface and build a cohesive design system. This role offers the freedom to shape design processes and influence the product's direction within a supportive team environment.

The role involves:

• Creating design workflows and defining processes.
• Crafting new designs for user onboarding.
• Developing a refreshed design language.
• Owning the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborating with product managers and developers.
• Maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Elevating Rewardful's overall design quality.

The requirements are:

• 4+ years of product design experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to handle the complete design process.
• Expertise in design systems, including developing new components and patterns.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and collaboration tools like Linear and Google Workplace.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
