Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director of Business Development, FSP, to drive sales activities and program development for strategic alliances. This role serves as the primary contact for external FSP clients and potential partners, advancing the company's goals. Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement relationship development and sales planning within strategic accounts.
  • Identify leads, qualify sponsors, conduct meetings with prospective clients, and secure RFPs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations/Proposal Team to create proposals.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Team to leverage expertise and bring in new business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and client-sponsored events.
  • Work with Corporate Marketing to design and implement a marketing program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
  • Update Salesforce or other metrics tracking software.
  • Provide feedback to the Executive Team on pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions.
  • Maintain close contact with key Sponsor personnel to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • 12+ years in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel.
  • Experience with corporate management and sales in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
  • Experience in FSP Sales (preferred).
  • Postgraduate, graduate (preferred).
