Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director of Business Development, FSP, to drive sales activities and program development for strategic alliances. This role serves as the primary contact for external FSP clients and potential partners, advancing the company's goals.
Role involves:
- Designing and implementing relationship development and sales planning within strategic accounts.
- Identifying leads, qualifying sponsors, and conducting meetings with prospective clients.
- Creating proposals for new business in collaboration with the Business Operations/Proposal Team.
- Coordinating members of the Executive Team to leverage expertise and bring in new business.
- Representing the company at trade shows and client-sponsored events.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations.
- Updating Salesforce to provide metric-driven reporting for company leadership.
- Providing feedback to the Executive Team on pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel.
- Experience with corporate management and sales in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Experience in FSP Sales (preferred).
