Job Description
KAYAK is seeking an Associate Digital Client Success Manager to work with digital advertising partners. The role focuses on improving client performance, driving renewals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising, client satisfaction, and strong analytical skills. This position is based in Miami.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing communication and relationships of advertising campaigns.
  • Analytically tracking and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maintain client relationships.
  • Providing optimization recommendations and assisting with deck creation.
  • Communicating campaign progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing competing priorities and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and excellent command of Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts or client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Solid understanding of the online media industry.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media buying platforms is a plus.
