Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join their team in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role. The Staff Software Engineer will develop features and capabilities within Ping Identity's Identity Management product suite. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

Role involves:
  • Designing and developing large-scale, robust, Java-based identity management products.
  • Collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Analyzing and elaborating on requirements with product management and architects.
  • Planning, estimating, and managing development tasks independently.
  • Enabling successful cloud deployments.
  • Working closely with customer-facing support teams to resolve customer issues.


Requirements:
  • Wide experience designing and developing large-scale applications in Java.
  • A strong understanding of HTTP and RESTful web services.
  • Experience with development tools including IDEs, Git, Jenkins, Maven.
  • The ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
