Job Description
CloudKitchens is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for their Milwaukee facility. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring facility maintenance, onboarding new partners, and providing excellent customer support. The Associate Operations Manager will lead and train the facility team, manage order fulfillment, and maintain cleaning and sanitation protocols. They will also engage with restaurants, build relationships, and drive sales. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in operations management.
- Team Management: Lead and train a dedicated facility team.
- Sales: Lead facility tours and build relationships with restaurants.
- Customer Support and Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners.
- Administrative & Strategic: Participate in planning sessions and manage the facility P&L.
- Building Repair and Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and handle minor repairs.
Requirements: - Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in operations management software
- 3 years of Hospitality experience
- 3 years of Restaurant management experience
- 2 years of Property management experience
