Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Head of Growth Systems, Engineering, and Operations to lead the core systems that drive its go-to-market operations. This role is crucial for scaling revenue and efficiency across multiple demand generation teams through automation and the development of new software tools. The Head of Growth Systems will report to the CMO and manage a team of software engineers, growth engineers, marketing operations managers, and data scientists.
Responsibilities:
- Scale revenue and efficiency through automation and building new software tools.
- Build and manage a high-caliber engineering team.
- Own all growth systems, including Marketo, core databases, and data visualization tools.
- Manage integrations of marketing, sales, and product databases.
- Oversee the evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of the marketing technology stack.
- Own the growth systems roadmap by prioritizing projects and architecting solutions.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree from a top university.
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering, data, or marketing operations.
- Experience recruiting and managing high-caliber engineering talent.
- Strong engineering background in systems, databases, or related areas.
- Strong first principles mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
