Cabify is seeking a Logistics Sales Manager to join their team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves designing, planning, implementing, and controlling the commercial strategy for Colombia, ensuring the growth of the vertical in billing, and identifying business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also manage relationships with key accounts and lead a team of executives.
Responsibilities: - Design and execute commercial plans and strategies.
- Identify opportunities in operational verticals.
- Manage the collection of portfolios.
- Administer the performance, budgets, operations, and resources of the sales team.
- Maintain relationships with key clients.
- Guide the team of executives.
- Prepare the commercial team for growth.
Requirements: - Alignment with Cabify's principles.
- Professional in administrative or commercial careers.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading commercial teams focused on sales and account management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading commercial teams oriented to the sale of logistics services.
- CRM management is essential; Salesforce is a plus.
