Cabify is seeking a Global Total Rewards Sr Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of its global Total Rewards strategy. This includes compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition. The role is crucial for ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with the employee value proposition. The candidate will act as a strategic business partner with a constant focus on the company's growth and transformation.Responsibilities include:
- Designing and leading the global Total Rewards strategy.
- Advising C-Level executives and the People team.
- Managing the organization's compensation architecture.
- Developing and supervising comprehensive wellness policies.
- Designing and implementing non-monetary recognition strategies.
- Conducting periodic market analysis and external competitiveness studies.
- Leading annual salary review processes.
- Coordinating job evaluations.
- Preparing executive reports for the Management Committee.
- Developing and implementing social benefits policies.
- Contributing to the evolution of the employee value proposition (EVP).
- Leading transformation projects in compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Labor Relations, or similar).
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading compensation and benefits projects.
- Experience in strategic Total Rewards design.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and influence high-level stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with HR management systems (ideally Personio) is a plus.
- Experience in environments with accelerated growth, restructurings, or international expansion will be valued.
