Cabify is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to strategically align business needs with People initiatives within the Technology area. This role involves leading a team of HRBPs, advising senior leadership, and enabling high-impact people strategies to drive team performance and organizational growth.Cabify is an ethical and innovative tech company that values its employees and strives to create an inclusive environment for all.
Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to Tech leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of HRBPs.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Champion the implementation of global People programs.
- Leverage data and people analytics to guide decision-making.
- Promote a culture of feedback and inclusion.
- Partner with the Rewards team to manage compensation structures.
- Provide support on labor relations and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the integration of new hires.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements: - A degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing HRBPs or similar profiles.
- Strong background partnering with technology or product teams.
- High level of English: at least C1.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to coach and influence at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for team development.
