Backbase is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their LATAM sales team. This role involves driving digital banking transformation opportunities with new customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise SaaS software sales within the Financial Services industry. The Senior Account Executive will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
Role Involves:
Managing and closing large software agreements ($1M+ ARR).
Forecasting and managing net-new opportunities.
Leading customers in developing value-focused digital banking strategies.
Establishing a trusted advisor role with banking and financial institution customers.
Aggregating and collecting requirements from customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8-10+ years experience in a quota carrying role.
Track record of exceeding quota.
5+ years experience in digital banking.
Ability to reverse engineer business objectives.
