Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking an AI/HPC Consulting Field Solutions Architect to join their team. This role involves providing guidance and enablement, focusing on unstructured data opportunities and partnerships within a sales region. The ideal candidate will understand client businesses, position the value of Pure solutions, and be an authority on how Pure integrates into various customer environments. They will align customer needs with Pure's offerings in AI/ML workloads, GPU-accelerated computing, distributed systems, and advanced storage and networking solutions.
Role involves:
- Creating field-facing solutions content.
- Presenting webinars and events with partners.
- Participating in customer calls, demos, and POCs.
- Staying updated on product offerings and solutions.
- Contributing to solutions roadmap and field testing.
- Providing post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Partnering with Sales and System Engineering Leaders.
- Inspiring the field and attracting customers.
- Engaging cross-functionally with other teams.
- Communicating and aligning people within the team.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of AI/HPC integrations.
- Strong technical acumen in Object/File Storage, NFS & SMB.
- Understanding of NAS vendors and eco-system partners.
- 10+ years of pre-sales experience in IT.
- Specialized sales experience on File use-cases.
- Hands-on experience executing PoCs and demonstrations.
- Understanding of infrastructure underpinning high-performance environments.
- Experience as a technical evangelist.
- Ability to articulate customer and solution strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and Salesforce.com.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
