The role is within the Strategy area of the Technology Governance team, which supports stakeholders with analyses, presentations, and executive reports, and assists in managing the directorate's programs and projects. The Senior IT Governance Analyst will be responsible for conducting process analysis and mapping, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions. They will also generate precise and detailed documents, demonstrating exceptional writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and mapping processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Generating detailed documents with strong writing and communication skills.
• Using Excel for data analysis and report creation.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective governance initiatives.
• Participating in external audits and implementing recommendations.
• Supporting the development of KPIs to monitor operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT governance or related areas.
• Solid knowledge of governance processes.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong results orientation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of technological risk management.
