Project Manager II

Job Description

Alarm.com is seeking a Project Manager II to support Engineering and Product Management teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project development lifecycle, task tracking, and proactive identification of risks. This role involves coordinating with local and remote teams, communicating project status, and improving engineering processes.

• Support Engineering and Product Management teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives
• Complete ownership of the project development lifecycle
• Proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of dependencies, risks, and prioritization conflicts
• Coordinate with local and remote team leads and members
• Communicate with and report on projects
• Maintain and improve Engineering processes and documentation

• B.S. in Engineering or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Experience managing technical software development projects
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to context switch and strong communication skills
