Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Courseware Developer to join their Platform Training team. This role involves consulting with stakeholders to identify customer education needs and developing engaging technical product training content. The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Platform Training and will be responsible for creating effective learning experiences for administrators, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.
Role involves:
- Developing engaging and effective learning experiences
- Building Instructor let material
- Collaborating with Instructional designers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role with a security or networking SAAS product
- Proven ability to develop learning content for technical audiences
- Experience working on MS office, RISE, Articulate360 and Evolve tools
- Working knowledge of cloud security and networking technologies (preferred)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud & Articulate 360 is a plus (preferred)
- A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals (preferred)
