Job Description

Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Gainesville, TX location. This role involves assisting all departments in repairing and maintaining equipment necessary for production. The technician will work from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.Responsibilities:

• Maintaining resin systems and vacuum loaders.
• Maintaining support equipment, extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers, reelers, air and water systems.
• Assisting with tooling changes and adjustments on production equipment.
• Performing daily maintenance sheets on equipment and lift trucks.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits.
• Assisting with equipment rebuilds, plant shutdowns, and new equipment installations.
• Facility upkeep and maintenance.
• Following all safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in mechanical industrial maintenance.
• Experience in electrical maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls.
• Knowledge of state and local safety codes.
• Working knowledge of 120/240/280v single and three phase systems.
