GiveDirectly is seeking a Product Lead to join its Product team in Nairobi, Kenya. GiveDirectly aims to reshape international giving by providing cash grants directly to the world’s poorest. The Product Lead will be responsible for assembling and leading cross-functional teams to drive product development, optimization, and scale.This role involves:

• Setting vision and defining success for products.
• Designing and building products.
• Supporting fundraising efforts.
• Managing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Requirements for this role include:

• 8+ years of professional work experience in a similar role or function.
• Proven leadership ability and management experience in building high-performing teams.
