Job Description
GiveDirectly is seeking a Product Lead to join its Product team. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive product development, optimization, and scale, focusing on both recipient and donor needs. The Product Lead will oversee single or multiple products at different stages of development. They will be responsible for setting the vision and defining success for their products, designing and building products, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional work experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership ability and management experience.
