Senior Art Director

Job Description

OLIVER+ is seeking a Senior Art Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Beauty & Skincare sector and will be responsible for elevating the brand's presence and impact across Europe. This role involves managing and inspiring a talented design team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery. The Senior Art Director will work with iconic beauty brands as part of a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory, integrating automation and AI to revolutionize content creation.

Role Involves:

• Managing and inspiring a design team
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensuring quality from concept to delivery
• Attending client meetings and presenting work
• Acting as brand guardian

Requirements:

• Experience in Beauty and Fashion brands
• E-commerce experience
• Ability to produce modular InDesign templates
• Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo
• Knowledge of Gen AI techniques and platforms
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of responsive design across digital platforms
• Strong typography, layout, and technical skills
• Experience in art directing complex design projects
• Proven ability to manage creative teams
