Job Description
Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Programme and Outsourcing Manager to oversee partnerships with Visa and manage outsourced services. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and managing risks associated with payment systems and vendor relationships. The Programme and Outsourcing Manager will be based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with card scheme rules.
- Mapping out processes for migrating programmes.
- Mapping out outsourcing and third-party relationships.
- Owning day-to-day operational liaison with key providers.
- Driving operational topics such as BIN cleanups and tokenization.
- Tracking stock of cards and cardholders.
- Managing specific programmes in the EMI, Financial, and Compliance domains.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the fintech, banking, or payments sector.
- Specific experience working with card networks (especially Visa).
- Experience in product development related to payment cards.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
- Direct experience managing card issuing, processing, and settlement operations.
- Experience with Outsourcing risks (intragroup and external)
- Effective communication skills in managing critical relationships
