Job Description
AG1 is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance - International to join their FP&A team. This role is crucial for delivering analytics and insights to leadership and stakeholders. The Senior Manager will provide FP&A support to Supply Chain teams, own forecasting/reporting of key KPIs, and manage monthly variance reporting. They will partner with the Supply Chain team to provide reporting and analytics for scalable business operations.
Role Involves:
- FP&A support for Supply Chain teams.
- Forecasting and owning key Procurement metrics.
- Full ownership of Tracking & Monitoring (T&M) process for Procurement.
- Raw Material model creation and inventory management.
- Driving cost savings initiatives across the Supply Chain.
- Developing financial models and reports.
- Quantifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating with FP&A, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Preparing monthly variance analysis.
- Championing FP&A needs within the company.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A and/or Accounting.
- Procurement or Supply Chain background preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Experience building complex financial models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze large data sets.
- Strong time-management and people skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
