Job Description
GHX is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) to sell complex supply chain software solutions within the healthcare sector. The ADR will be responsible for account planning and management within a specified region, aiming to achieve a growth billings quota. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its business challenges.Role involves:
- Establishing business plans by account to achieve annual quota.
- Presenting the business case for GHX solutions and their ROI.
- Building pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
- Developing solution proposals and tracking sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.
- Collaborating with internal departments to drive customer value.
- Conducting Strategic Business Reviews with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, managing a territory and building a pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% on occasion.
