Job Description
Scale is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy for Generative AI data solutions. The AI Product Manager will collaborate with researchers to develop data solutions and oversee the product lifecycle. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and enhance customer satisfaction. The AI Product Manager will own data as the product.

The role involves:
  • Leading the product strategy for a specific data use case.
  • Engaging with researchers to understand their needs and pitch data solutions.
  • Building and owning the data use case by identifying customer pain points.
  • Developing labeling interfaces and quality measurement platforms.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to align product initiatives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Driving adoption and sales of data products.

Requirements:
  • Technical degree in computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in building technical products.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active participation in the AI community.
  • Previous engineering experience with Python and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
