Job Description

TTC, a global specialist software testing company, is seeking a Tosca Architect to define, design, and implement test architecture, frameworks, and quality standards. The Test Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership in test automation and CI/CD integration, and mentor QA teams.

The role involves:

• Designing enterprise-level test strategies and roadmaps.
• Defining the overall test architecture for systems and applications.
• Creating test strategies that align with development goals (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Selecting appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
• Designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Guiding and mentoring QA engineers, test leads, and automation testers.
• Evaluating and recommending test tools (Tricentis application mandatory).
• Acting as a Tosca SME to support multiple test teams across projects.

Requirements include:

• Strong understanding of test lifecycle, SDLC, and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of test environment management and service virtualization.
• Experience with Tricentis tools (Tosca and Qtest mandatory).
• Experience with Automation: Tricentis Tool Tosca
• Experience with Test Management Tools: qTest, Jira
