Job Description
Preservica, a market-leading software company, is seeking a Sales Administrator for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role, based in Abingdon, UK, requires someone to keep their multinational sales team firing on all cylinders.
The Sales Administrator will be the key liaison between sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring the smooth running of all sales administration. The ideal candidate will maintain data integrity within Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement systems, monitor sales opportunities, and ensure timely customer invoicing.
Role Involves:
- Acting as the company focal point for all company sales admin matters.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Proactively managing and ensuring customer invoicing is up to date.
- Accurately compiling monthly sales reports and maintaining/updating Salesforce.com and Pardot dashboards.
- Maintaining Salesforce and Pardot databases, including updating data, data cleansing, and writing programs/automations.
- Contacting customers to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
- Receiving and processing customer orders to the Finance department.
Requirements:
- Track record in sales administration is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Experience with industry software/SaaS technology environment.
- Advanced experience and skills using Salesforce.com and Pardot or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
