Job Description
Industrious is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support and oversee 3 to 5 locations in the Atlanta area. This role requires diverse skills to maintain a high-quality customer experience, manage Member Experience Associates, drive a healthy P+L, assist in providing effective tours, and cultivate team development. The position is full-time and in-person, primarily supporting the Buckhead and Perimeter locations, with occasional travel to other Atlanta-area locations.Industrious values diversity and inclusivity, offering a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and celebrate wins. The Assistant General Manager will play a hands-on role in sales, negotiations, and resolving member relations issues. They will also assist in launching new locations and partner with various teams to support area goals and efficiencies.
Responsibilities: - Directly manage a team of 1-3 Member Experience Managers.
- Account manage membership contract renewals.
- Strengthen the team, build a culture of excellence, and develop future leaders.
- Serve as the face of the business in the area.
- Assist the Atlanta General Manager in launching new locations.
- Collaboratively partner with various teams to support area goals.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics.
- Proactively identify and drive implementation of improvements.
- Perform on-the-ground coverage for team members as needed.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in multi-site operations management.
- Strong P&L and financial management skills.
- Proven people management and coaching skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience driving local marketing and sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to each location as needed.
