Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their global team in Tbilisi. This role involves supporting Ecwid by Lightspeed employees, both in-office and remote, ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software to perform their best work. The IT Support Specialist will be part of the Worldwide IT Support crew, playing a key role in maintaining a functional and efficient IT environment.

Role involves:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Providing employees with access to information resources and IT services.
  • Maintaining functional setups for desks, meeting rooms, and office infrastructure.
  • Tracking, documenting, and managing issues via the service desk.
  • Keeping IT asset inventory accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with Mac & Windows computers.
  • Experience with GSuite and/or O365 administration.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g. Okta, OneLogin).
  • Experience with Service Desk Platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (e.g. JAMF).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian, Georgian, and English.
  • Must be a resident in Tbilisi.
  • Customer-first mindset and empathetic listener.
  • Reliable team player with strong troubleshooting and follow-through skills.
  • May be required to travel to Yerevan.
