Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to boost outbound sales for their Golf product. This role is crucial as the initial point of contact for potential clients, focusing on generating and qualifying leads to fuel revenue growth for the sales team. Responsibilities:
Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, primarily via phone and email, reaching out to golf directors to showcase services.
Managing a territory encompassing multiple states/provinces in North America.
Connecting with prospects through outbound efforts, positioning services as solutions to streamline operations.
Crafting messaging and building cadences within the assigned territory.
Capitalizing on opportunities within the existing client database.
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline growth and consistently meet goals.
Handling additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
1+ years of outbound sales or customer-facing experience.
Passion for golf.
Experience in technology (software, mobile, or related fields) is a significant plus.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong communication abilities.
Autonomous, outgoing, and a self-starter.
Tech-savvy with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical expertise.
