Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Annapolis Mall location. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals.
• Delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Educating customers on Lush brand values.
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
