Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Partner to enhance its technical hiring process. This role is crucial for identifying and evaluating top-tier software developers. The ideal candidate will act as a technical gatekeeper, ensuring consistency and rigor in the hiring process. They will collaborate with Product Development and Talent Acquisition to shape the future of the technical hiring strategy at Betsson Group.
Role involves:
- Conducting technical interviews to assess coding ability and technical knowledge.
- Designing role-centric evaluations in collaboration with product development teams.
- Delivering actionable feedback to hiring teams.
- Improving the hiring funnel by introducing new tools and methods.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in technical assessment.
Requirements:
- Background as a software developer with relevant qualifications or experience.
- Previous experience in technical interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Broad understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable working across departments and aligning hiring processes.
