Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Partner to enhance its engineering talent acquisition. This role involves conducting technical interviews to evaluate software developers, ensuring a high standard of technical assessment. The candidate will act as a technical gatekeeper within Betsson Group’s Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC), focusing on consistency and rigor in the hiring process.Role involves:
- Conducting technical assessments to evaluate coding ability and technical knowledge.
- Collaborating with product development teams to tailor interview criteria.
- Delivering actionable feedback to hiring teams.
- Improving the hiring funnel by introducing new tools and methods.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in technical assessment.
Requirements:
- Background as a software developer with relevant qualifications or experience.
- Previous experience in technical interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Broad understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable working across departments.
