Job Description

Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Partner to enhance its engineering talent acquisition. This role involves identifying and evaluating software developers through technical assessments, ensuring a high standard of technical excellence within the company. The Technical Interviewing Partner will be embedded within Betsson Group’s Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical interviews to assess coding ability, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to tailor interview criteria to specific role requirements.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to hiring teams and maintain hiring consistency through detailed scoring rubrics.
  • Improve the hiring funnel by introducing new tools and methods to streamline decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical assessment.

Requirements:

  • Background as a software developer with relevant qualifications or experience.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Knowledge of .NET, C#, and modern frontend development frameworks.
  • Broad understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working across departments.
