Notion is seeking a Product Designer to contribute to their mission of making software customizable for everyone. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product sense, technical aptitude, and design skills to create timeless and user-friendly software. This role involves working closely with engineers and other teams to bring product visions to life.About Notion:Notion is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to tailor their software to address any challenge. Notion emphasizes in-person collaboration, requiring employees to be in the office for two anchor days (Mondays & Thursdays) and encourages a majority of the week spent in the office.Role Involves:

• Designing product concepts balancing vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
• Crafting every detail of new product features from idea to execution.
• Running projects end-to-end with engineers.
• Partnering with Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Using data and intuition to prioritize and plan the product roadmap.
• Working with Marketing to create compelling user stories.
• Creating intuitive and practical design patterns.
• Evolving the design system as the company scales.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Experience running projects independently end to end.
• Understanding customer needs and advocating for strong user experiences.
• Ability to untangle vague problems and create accessible mental models.
• Creating clear, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Understanding business needs and balancing craft with practicality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
