Postman is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Engineering and Product Leadership Team. This role involves developing and executing strategic people initiatives to empower engineers, foster innovation, and scale engineering teams effectively. The Senior HRBP will partner with Engineering Leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead change management efforts.Postman is world’s leading API platform, used by more than 40 million developers and 500,000 organizations, including 98% of the Fortune 500.What this role involves:

• Partnering with Engineering Leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Driving organizational effectiveness through best practices in team scaling and leadership coaching.
• Leading change management efforts related to organizational structure and culture evolution.
• Shaping employee experience by fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making on talent and organizational growth.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for senior leaders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with company objectives.
• Experience working with engineering leaders and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for scaling culture and driving meaningful change.
