Postman is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Engineering and Product Leadership Team. This role involves developing and executing strategic people initiatives to empower engineers, foster innovation, and scale engineering teams effectively. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with company objectives.
- Experience working with engineering leaders and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for scaling culture and driving meaningful change.
