Job Description
Armis is seeking a Marketing Technology Operations Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is based in their Bucharest office, requiring 3-4 days a week onsite.The Marketing Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the marketing technology stack and fostering teamwork across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach, capable of both hands-on problem-solving and mentoring a team.Responsibilities:
  • Drive effective teamwork and communication across teams.
  • Enhance digital, technical, and operational infrastructure.
  • Manage the Marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and others.
  • Define and build marketing programs that grow relationships with alliances and partners.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the marketing database.
  • Report on email and nurture stream performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team.
  • Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a small team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of managing marketing operations.
  • Minimum 2 years leading a team.
  • Marketo Certified Admin.
  • Scale-up experience in a Marketing Operations leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency with Marketing Ops tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS customer acquisition.
  • Experience building and optimizing B2B Marketing funnels.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
