Cisco is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for its ThousandEyes platform in the Chicago region. This individual contributor role focuses on driving new business growth within enterprise accounts and channel partners. The Account Executive will develop strategic relationships, execute account plans, and manage the sales process from start to finish.Responsibilities:
Identify and source sales opportunities.
Initiate contact and follow-up for sales meetings.
Meet sales objectives and bookings targets.
Collaborate with Cisco Account Managers and specialists.
Work with Customer Success and Product Management teams.
Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Foster relationships with customers and partners.
Develop and execute account strategies.
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales territory management experience.
Experience selling enterprise software to network buyers.
Proven track record of exceeding quota.
Self-motivated and able to solve problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
BS/BA degree preferred.
