Garner Health is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join their Talent Team. This role is crucial for driving the success of the company by focusing on talent acquisition and management. What this role involves:
- Scheduling calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones.
- Managing recruiting pipelines and maintaining close contact with candidates.
- Building relationships with recruiters and interviewers.
- Documenting and implementing recruiting processes.
- Delivering a stellar candidate experience.
- Pulling and building reports to track hiring cycle performance.
- Maintaining data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
- Supporting special projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup.
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Commitment to creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Desire to improve the US healthcare system.
