Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join their Talent Team. This role is crucial for driving the success of the company by focusing on talent acquisition and management. What this role involves:
  • Scheduling calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones.
  • Managing recruiting pipelines and maintaining close contact with candidates.
  • Building relationships with recruiters and interviewers.
  • Documenting and implementing recruiting processes.
  • Delivering a stellar candidate experience.
  • Pulling and building reports to track hiring cycle performance.
  • Maintaining data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Supporting special projects and ad-hoc initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup.
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Desire to improve the US healthcare system.
