Creative Director, Copy

Job Description

DeVries is looking for a Creative Director, Copy to join their New York office. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing breakthrough ideas, articulating them effectively, and selling them to clients. This role requires a conceptual thinker with practical skills, an omnichannel expert, and someone who can solve client challenges using various marketing communication channels and emerging technologies.Role involves:

• Developing creative concepts that solve client problems.
• Generating innovative ideas across digital platforms.
• Articulating and justifying conceptual and design choices.
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Promoting creative improvement and innovation.
• Leading concept development and presentations for new business.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Experience with beauty, luxury, or female-targeted brands is a plus.
• Demonstrated copywriting skills.
• Experience managing creative development in a client-services environment.
• Strong creative direction and feedback skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work and resources.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
