Scale is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead and manage the growing Product Design team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. This individual will represent the voice of users and customers, collaborating with leaders across various departments to understand and resource product design needs.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Design experience
- 3+ years of experience managing designers
- An excellent portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch
- Experience mentoring Designers
- Experience with robust design systems
- Experience in enterprise SaaS companies
