Job Description
OKX is seeking a Specialist in Learning & Development, proficient in Mandarin, to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves enhancing customer service through training and empowerment programs.
The Specialist will work for OKX, a leading crypto exchange, and will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing training needs.
- Designing and delivering training programs.
- Developing and iterating course plans.
- Managing instructor empowerment and training resources.
- Driving the implementation of empowerment solutions.
- Managing and improving training tools.
OKX requires the candidate to have:
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1.5+ years of training experience in a customer service center.
- Ability to design and develop courses.
- Experience in teaching customer service teams.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
