Job Description
OKX is seeking a Merchant Operations Director to drive C2C/P2P business growth and become a market leader. The ideal candidate will develop and execute operational strategies, build a merchant quality management system, and design monitoring mechanisms to detect fraudulent patterns. They will collaborate with product and risk teams to drive system upgrades and engage with merchants to uncover pain points. This role requires a data-driven mindset and keen industry awareness to analyze market trends and guide product direction.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing operational strategies for C2C/P2P business growth.
  • Building a merchant quality management system.
  • Designing monitoring mechanisms for fraud detection.
  • Collaborating with product and risk teams for system upgrades.
  • Engaging with merchants to uncover pain points and needs.
  • Analyzing P2P market trends and generating strategic reports.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Prior experience in Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and business-driven with strong initiative.
  • Excellent logical thinking and strategic planning skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong cross-functional coordination.
