Job Description

OKX is seeking a Merchant Operations Director to drive the growth and market share of its C2C/P2P business in the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing operational strategies, building a merchant quality management system, and establishing effective monitoring mechanisms to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.

The Merchant Operations Director will collaborate closely with product teams to enhance product usability and user experience, while also providing data-driven insights and recommendations for product upgrades and business direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement operational strategies to drive C2C/P2P business growth and market share in the Chinese market.
• Build a merchant quality management system with tiered operational mechanisms.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to identify fraudulent merchants and enhance business risk control.
• Drive product development to improve usability and user experience.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations for product upgrades and business direction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of work experience.
• Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Experience in internet, finance, blockchain, or digital currency companies preferred.
• Strong operational management experience.
• Excellent industry awareness and proactive approach.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
