Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their product design team in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for crafting user experiences that meet the needs of a global audience. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into design-driven solutions.
Role involves:
- Leading the product design process from start to finish.
- Understanding business objectives and user needs.
- Delivering design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Designing growth-oriented products and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with UX research, UX writing, and brand teams.
- Participating in design reviews and workshops.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience designing for growth products and user conversion flows.
- Proficiency in user experience design methodologies.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Agile thinking and a systematic approach.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
