Senior Product Manager, Global Trading

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Global Trading team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of new trading products, defining and executing product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. OKX is a leading crypto exchange that provides access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications.Role involves:

• Managing the end-to-end trading experience along the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade user journey.
• Conducting competitor analysis, user research and market research.
• Innovating products, defining and delivering product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Defining and analyzing product performance metrics to guide product development.
• Driving the entire product development process from research, and design to launching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
• Solid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
• Possess a decent knowledge of trading and crypto.
• Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
